Easter Bank Holiday 2025 - Dispatch & Opening Times:
Due to Courier and Royal Mail collections over the Easter Holidays order placed after 2 PM on Thursday 17th April will be processed on Tuesday 22nd April
Any Next-Day Shipping orders placed after this time will dispatch Tuesday 22nd for delivery Wednesday 23rd.

Order Processing
We try to dispatch most orders the same day if received before 2pm (Monday-Friday)
On the odd occasion we may run out of stock of certain products, but normally have more stock arriving every few days.
If a product ordered is out of stock, we will contact you asap to let you know of any shortage.
Shipping - If an order is placed on a Friday, the next working day would be Monday as it applies to Next Working Day.
We try our best to get all items to the destination as fast as possible but sometimes couriers can have an off day and encounter delays- if this happens please get in touch and we will do our best to find a solution if possible
On certain occasions we may not be re-stocking / discontinuing an out of stock item ordered, and on this occasion we will contact you to let you know and either offer an alternative or cancel for a full refund.
Any shortages must be reported within 72hrs of receiving the delivery.
If we have mistakenly under priced an Item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item for you. In these circumstances, we will notify you with the correct price so you can decide wether you wish to cancel or continue with the item at the correct price
